Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions on which we supply our products to you.
They may have changed since you last reviewed them.

Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. They explain what you need to know when buying from us. If you believe there is a mistake in these terms, please contact us.
We may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version on our website. The terms on our website at the time you place your order will apply to that purchase.

By ordering from us, you agree that:

  • We only accept orders once we have checked them.

  • Sometimes we may reject orders.

  • We charge you when we accept your order.

  • We pass on any increase in VAT.

  • We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

  • Products may vary slightly from their pictures.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your order details are accurate.

  • If you purchased online, by mail order or by phone, you may have a legal right to change your mind.

  • You have rights if something is wrong with your product.

  • We may change products and these terms.

  • We may suspend supply (and you may have rights if we do).

  • We may withdraw products.

  • We do not compensate for all losses caused by us or our products.

  • We use your personal data as described in our Privacy Notice.

  • You have several options for resolving disputes with us.

  • Other important terms apply.

1. Who we are and how to contact us

Who we are. We are Asgard Wargames. Our storefront is located at 71 Gilkes Street Middlesbrough TS1 5EH United Kingdon

How to contact us. You can contact us through our live chat option, by telephone, email or by visiting us in store.

How we contact you. If we need to contact you, we will email the address provided at checkout or use the telephone number provided.

You can find information about us and our products on our website. We will also confirm key information to you in writing on or after your order, in a format of our choosing.

2. Placing an order

How to order. Orders are placed through our website. Add items to your basket and complete checkout by entering your contact and payment details. Please carefully review your order and delivery address before selecting Complete Order or Pay Now.

Acceptance of your order. Your order is an offer to buy. After placing it, you’ll receive an email acknowledging receipt. Our acceptance occurs when we email you to confirm dispatch. A contract is then formed. We will also provide your order number, which you should quote in correspondence.

Order restrictions. You must be at least 18 and authorised to use the payment method. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must be involved.

We may charge you additional sums if you do not provide requested information needed to fulfil your order (such as delivery access information).

3. Our rights to cancel or reject your order

If we cannot fulfil your order. We may cancel an order if, for example, an item is out of stock, billing cannot be verified, credit checks fail, the shipping destination is unsupported, or a pricing/description error occurs. We will notify you and refund any sums paid.

Unusual or suspicious activity. Our products are for personal use only. We may cancel any order suspected to be for business, resale, or other unauthorised commercial purposes. If this is incorrect, please contact customer service.

Suspending supply. We may suspend supply to:

  • address technical issues or make minor technical changes;

  • update products to comply with laws or regulations;

  • make notified changes.

We will inform you in advance where possible. If suspension is substantial, we will adjust the price so you do not pay while supply is suspended. If suspension lasts more than six months, you may end the contract and receive a refund for products not supplied.

Withdrawing products. We may withdraw a product. If so, we will notify you and refund any sums paid for items not provided.

Ownership. Legal ownership passes to you only once full payment is received.

4. Our products

What we supply. We supply third-party hobby products, miniatures, wargames, tabletop games, accessories, toys, and related items, as determined by us.

Product descriptions. Images—including colour and packaging—are illustrative only. Colours may vary depending on your device.

Gift cards. We do not offer gift cards.

5. Delivery

Delivery costs. Displayed at checkout.

Additional charges.

  • EEA: Delivered Duties Paid (DDP). There should be no additional charges on delivery, although local fees may apply.

  • Rest of world: Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). All import charges are your responsibility.

Delivery speed. Depends on the method chosen. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Promotional periods may extend dispatch times.

Delays outside our control. If delivery is delayed due to events outside our control (e.g., courier delays, logistics issues, weather), we will let you know if possible. We do not compensate for such delays. If a delay is likely to exceed three months, you may end the contract and obtain a refund for products paid for but not received.

We instruct couriers to deliver only to the address entered at checkout. We cannot change this without your consent and will not request delivery to a safe place. If you redirect delivery yourself, liability passes to you once delivered.

We do not ship to certain countries listed in our shipping policy.

6. Your rights to end the contract

You may end your contract with us at any time. Your rights depend on the product, any fault, our performance, and when you end the contract. We are legally required to supply products that comply with this contract.

Faulty or misdescribed goods. If your item is faulty or substantially different from its description, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund. UK returns are free within 30 days unless otherwise stated.

If you cancel after dispatch. If you cancel after dispatch has begun, we treat this as a return and our Returns Policy applies.

Summary of your key legal rights (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

Goods:

  • Up to 30 days: refund if faulty.

  • Up to 6 months: if repair or replacement is impossible, you are entitled to a refund.

  • the price or description is incorrect and you no longer wish to proceed;

  • we inform you of significant delays outside our control;

  • we suspend supply for more than four weeks for technical reasons.

We may end the contract and seek compensation if:

  • you do not provide necessary information (such as delivery details) within a reasonable time;

  • you do not allow delivery within a reasonable time;

  • you fail to pay when due and still do not pay within 7 days of a reminder.

If we end the contract under this clause, we will refund amounts paid for products not provided.

9. Price and payment

Price. Prices include VAT and are those displayed on our website or in store at the time of ordering. Payment is taken at checkout. We may offer Klarna (subject to their terms) and may accept cryptocurrency at our discretion.

VAT changes. If VAT changes after you order but before supply, we will adjust the VAT unless you have paid in full already.

Price changes. Prices may be updated periodically. Orders already placed will use the price shown at checkout.
